Costa Del Sol Group Rentals is a privately owned company and has been established for 12 years. Beginning as a small property rental company, it now boasts an expansive portfolio of villas and apartments. Over the years, we have diversified into other areas including community administration, property management and maintenance, holidays and destination support.

Our properties range from studios to 4 bedroom villas, all properties are kept to a high standard and regular maintenance assures both clients and owners are well satisfied.

Contracts with Tour Operators in the U.K. and Holland, together with local advertising enable us to secure clients all year round. All clients are greeted upon arrival and shown to their accommodation by one of our staff. We have an in house maintenance department to look after any unforeseen problems.

Operating principally in the South Eastern coastal region of Spain known as the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Sotogrande, Costa Del Sol Group Rentals is situated in the heart of the area, positioned perfectly to meet the every day needs of its clients.

For Owners: Prior to renting an inventory is taken and agreed between owner and Costa Del Sol Group Rentals. A deposit is taken from clients prior to occupancy and property checked for damage or breakage before departure.

Regular monthly accounts are kept for owners to see upon request and any rental monies due can be obtained with prior notice in writing, if any additional services are required these can always be obtained after consultation.
