For example, it is a well know fact that ground floor apartments often suffer from leaking terraces, the responsibility of the owner above.
Discovery during a Spring visit, is often too late to stop serious damage to the property and contents which are frequently not insured. Time is then spent by owners refurbishing rather than enjoying their stay in the property.
Futhermore damage or equipment failure can affect letting and therefore income if the property is rented.
Apart from the need to maintain the property in good condition owners have certain legal and fiscal obligations to meet during the course of the year which are often overlooked resulting in fines and interest charges.
Costa del Sol Group Rentals. offer a low cost property management service designed to help avoid these problems. This will include:
- Inspection of the property at least once
per week.
- Inform owners of any problems and obtain
instructions.
- Deal with emergencies and provide 24 hour
help line.
- Control and check payment have been made
by due dates of, Contribution Urbana (rates), Electricity, Rubbish
Collection Tax and Community fees.
- Quarterly statement of account.
- Inventory Control during lettings.
OWNERS
When a property is to be used by owners, or by friends or family, the services of maids, cleaning and laundry is of course available, a charge will be made to owners in accordance with the tariff applicable. Alternatively, if instructed to do so, we can collect these costs from the people staying in the property.

The monthly management fee is dependent upon the type, size and location of the property and extent of the services provided and is tailored to individual requirements.
